FRONT OF HOUSE/RETAIL ASSOCIATES (posted 2/25/26)
START DATE: ASAP
HOURS: PT hours available Friday/Saturday/Sunday. Morning (6:45-12:45) and afternoon (11:45-4:45) shifts available, totaling 18-24 hours/week.
PAY: $18-20 DOE
ROLE & REQUIREMENTS: We are seeking energetic, friendly, food-loving individuals to staff our retail counter. Duties include:

• Creating a welcoming, clean and organized environment for all customers.

• Facilitating all aspects of customer-related front of house work, including answering questions (in person and by phone), updating menu boards, stocking bread and grocery shelves, and filling orders.

• Operating the cash register and handling cash & card transactions.

• Maintaining a clean and organized work space.

• Implementing food safety regulations and ensuring compliance with health codes.

• Assisting with food preparation and handling as needed (wrapping sandwiches, bagging baked goods, serving soups, etc).

• Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient operations.

• Brewing and serving drip and iced coffee, hot tea and iced chai. Previous coffee and retail experience is a plus.

• Handle general bakery tasks as instructed by our front of house manager and owners.
